Christianity Explored Ministries (CEM) has appointed Kay Carter as its first UK National Director. She will oversee the development of a new generation of evangelistic resources, and help the ministry to reach new audiences.
Commenting on her appointment, Carter says: ‘I am delighted to have joined Christianity Explored Ministries as UK National Director – working with the amazing team to help Christians to love, live, and tell the good news of Jesus. As a former CE leader myself, it’s a huge privilege to play a part in creating the next generation of resources.’
Background in journalism
Carter’s background is in print and digital journalism, with a brief spell running the secretariat for the All Party Parliamentary Group for International Freedom of Religion or Belief. She joins CEM from Tyndale House, a Bible research institute in Cambridge, where she was Vice Principal for Strategy and Communications.
