Kingdom Bank, which helps serve UK churches, has appointed leading business developer and chartered accountant Paul Houghton as its new CEO.
The move follows the bank’s acquisition by a group of committed Christian investors last year and is the precursor to a significant expansion of its activities.
Houghton was a partner in leading accountancy firm Grant Thornton for the 13 years before joining Kingdom Bank, where latterly he headed up its Sheffield office, focusing on business development.
