Oak Hill’s systematics man

Earlier in the year, Oak Hill Theological College announced the appointment, subject to visa approval, of Matthew Bingham as Tutor in Systematic Theology and Church History. Matthew is a US citizen.

In late June news came through that his visa had been granted.

After completing undergraduate studies at UCLA, and then an MDiv at Princeton Theological Seminary, Matthew was Senior Pastor at Flint Reformed Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia, from 2009-14. For the last four years he has been in Belfast completing a PhD in Church History at Queen’s University under Professor Crawford Gribben, and subsequently working as a ministry associate at Stranmillis Presbyterian Church. Matthew is married to Shelley with three young children.
