Books are
 back in town

After the closure of a long-established Christian bookshop in Milton Keynes, MK Christian Books opened and, two years on, the shop is flourishing.

Many mercies and many willing hands combined to transform a church hall into a functioning bookshop. Well stocked with good Christian books and cards, it also has over 1,000 secondhand Christian books. The staff work to encourage Bible reading, supplying Bible reading notes and devotional material to local churches and providing discounted Bibles to schools.

1984 NIVs

The shop specialises in 1984 NIV Bibles, having a wide variety of used and new editions. Offers are accepted of used 1984 NIVs from churches moving to a different translation and enquiries from churches wanting to obtain sets of used 1984 Bibles. They also accept used Christian books and good quality children’s books. Some that cannot be used in the shop are passed on to Book Aid or to other outlets.
