Replanting in Edinburgh

Trustees of a closed church building in North loan the Grace Edinburgh have agreed to Baptist Partnership Scotland (GBPS) the use of their building, it was reported in May.

Two evangelical churches have closed within the last two years in the area, which is the most densely populated council ward in Scotland. GBPS are grateful for the trustees’ partnership, agreeing that along with an attempt to establish a biblical congregation there is the option to purchase later, if the Lord wills.

Refurbishment began in May and the first (from Grace West baptism a service, Edinburgh), is planned for Saturday 11 June. from 19–26 June, Grace this, Alongside West Edinburgh will be joined by a large and experienced team from various churches for that a week of evangelism. GBPS prays God's Spirit will go ahead of the work, opening hearts to receive the gospel and drawing people to Christ.
