The Tron congregation, who were evicted from their church building by the Glasgow Presbytery of the Church of Scotland in October 2012, continues to see God’s blessing.

Over 100 Iranians have been attending the church and hearing the ministry of William Philip through translation into the Farsi language. At the end of January it was reported that 33 were baptised.

It is also understood that the work of the Tron is set to be extended through a new satellite church called Tron at Kelvingrove which will  start in March. William Philip said: 'It is a joy to be taking a church building which had become the home of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra for the last 40 years, and turning it back into a living church again. Not too many building conversions are going that way round in Scotland today, so we trust it will be a witness to many. Happily, a new student residence has just opened up right opposite, which couldn’t be better timing!'
