Café for overseas students

It was reported in mid-June that, after being stopped from working on the Salford University Campus, Friends International have begun a new café work in a local café run by Christians.

After working harmoniously with the university for three years, Salford decided to run international student work internally, so, with immediate effect, Friends International had to stop working on the campus.

After much prayer, the Lord marvellously answered and led the group to a cosy community café, run by Christians, situated only ten minutes away. The Salford Globe Café was launched, without knowing if the students would be willing to make the walk.
