1,000 people from across London crowded into Central Hall, Westminster, on October 14 for the Crossing London Hope 2014 Vision Night of inspiration, music and Christian worship and praise.
There were thought-provoking ideas about the future of Christian mission in London, and news of some exciting initiatives coming up in the next 12 months as Crossing London partners with many other groups, organisations and churches, to try to see the capital and its people renewed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Hosted by David Shosanya and Premier Radio’s Maria Rodrigues-Toth and with worship led by Hillsong London, the evening was an opportunity to look forward into 2014 and a year of mission and outreach. Andy Frost, Crossing London’s Mission Director, inspired the churches and individual Christians of all ages to get involved in London’s biggest united church mission for over 20 years. He challenged those present to discover what God wants them to do in the next 12 months to share their faith with those around them: family, friends and work colleagues. He urged them to listen to God, to see what is needed in their communities and to reach out to help.
