Amanda walks us step by step from childhood trauma to wholeness. From a broken home, moved as a child from place to place, she weaves into her story evidences of how God was leading her to himself.
Her initial misunderstanding of what it means to be a Christian would make this book a really interesting read, not just for Christians, but also those who would call themselves Christian. Coupled with the fact that she devotes half of the book to detailing her life before conversion, makes this a good read for non-Christians as well. She ends with a prayer for anyone moved by her testimony to turn to God themselves.
