A handy-sized plastic wallet has been designed to help equip those who support others on their journey through grief.
The pack contains a brief guide for giving caring support from the early days of bereavement right through to the weeks and months that follow. It answers questions such as ‘What should I do?’, ‘What can I say?’ and ‘What will help most?’ and incorporates other practical information and advice.
The wallet also contains five copies of a small booklet. This can be given to the bereaved and outlines the various stages of grief they might go through and highlights emotions that might arise during those early days of loss. Each double page concludes with a quote, the majority of which are Bible verses.
