Escapologist and evangelist Steven Legg has written an easy-to-read introduction to Christianity for new Christians that uses light-hearted illustrations to guide readers through the main tenets of Christian faith.

The book aims to explain the basis of Christian life and how Christians can apply this to their lives. There are 18 chapters on subjects like creation, the fall of man, reconciliation through Jesus, prayer, the Bible, and the Holy Spirit. Steven Legg gives practical advice to help new Christians deal with issues such as money, how to prioritise time and cope with temptation. The author refers to Scripture frequently and there is a study guide at the end of each chapter with cross-references to the Bible. As a new Christian, I found the book provided some useful explanations and tips.
