Ethiopia: Langham workshop
Langham Partnership UK and Ireland
Langham Literature, a ministry of Langham
Partnership, held a writers’ workshop from
5-10 June in Ethiopia, as there is a desperate
need for evangelical literature in the country.
Ethiopia has a long history of Christian literature, but there are few evangelical books
and little by local writers. A reform movement
that
is
slowly developing
in
the
Orthodox Church means that readers may be
more prepared to consider other perspectives.
Local evangelical Christians hunger for books to help them understand their own faith.
