Dear Editor,
I write as one of the leaders of an evangelical church in the East Midlands. Our town
has a population of approximately 14,000
people, and there are plans to build several
thousand new homes here in the coming
years. We are prayerfully exercised about
reaching out to the folk who will be moving
into the town.
