Sometimes you get to the end of a book or a movie and you’re left thinking, ‘Well what happened next?’.

If only the account of Noah had finished with the rainbow! No words of Noah are recorded during the Flood episode. He is silent. And as Hebrews 11.7 tells us, he is a hero of faith. But, in the latter third of his life, an incident occurs: in Genesis 9.18-29 we read how he gets drunk, which leads to disgrace, and that he utters a curse upon one of his grandsons, Canaan.
