Three years ago, as a response to the ever-increasing growth in student numbers, UCCF took a fresh look at the bigger picture of Christian Union witness in Great Britain.
One thing was clear: in order for every non-Christian student in Great Britain to have the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus, we were going to need more man (and woman) power – a lot more!
Christian Union Staff Workers (CUSWs) closely support students in their area, equipping the CUs to truly live and speak as missionary communities. This takes time, effort and energy. We believe that with more staff, we can help more CUs and better support those we already work alongside.
