Eleven new CU Staff Workers joined UCCF this summer. They play a vital role in co-ordinating the support of Christian Unions, as well as encouraging, advising, teaching and training students. Please pray for them as they begin this new stage of ministry.

Naomi Pilgrem (London) comes from France, and chose to study at King's College, London, because she had heard of CUs, and wanted to be part of one. After a year on Relay she moves to the east end of London to support smaller CUs in postmodern and multicultural universities.

Steph Bushall (FE College, SW London) became a Christian while studying at Goldsmiths College in London, through the witness of a friend, and through hearing the gospel explained clearly in a CU mission. Further study in a local FE college gave her a heart for the difficult task of witnessing to students in that environment through setting up and leading a CU there, which she followed with a year on Relay: 'There is nothing I would rather do than to continue this ministry as a Staff Worker in a wider number of colleges in London'.
